In 2018 worked on a film project funded by Hounslow Council and hosted a Youth Film Festival at Hounslow Arts Centre. Young people that were Hounslow Housing Resdients were asked to form their own production companies and create original films. The project ran from May to September and focused specifically on Hounslow Central, Feltham and Brentford areas. The project engaged with 31 young people across the borough and the top 3 films were selected by a special panel of industry professionals and Hounslow Council members- the top 3 production companies were each awarded prizes.
We would like to thank Hounslow Council for funding the project and allowing us to work across the borough in supporting the professional and emotional development of young people in the borough. We also would like to thank Hounslow Arts Centre for their continued support in allowing us to use their venues for shows and projects.
